sluggish servo question

Im just getting into the hobby and a used plane real cheap. When I charged it up and tested the servos I found the one on the wing that controls the alerons is very sluggish. it moves very slow ans sometimes does not move at all. The servo is a Futaba S3003. Do I have to replace this with a new one or what else could be wrong with it?

Hi,
I would strongly consider replacing the sluggish servo. There are a variety of reasons this could be occuring, most of them tough to repair at home. The price of a new servo is cheap compared to the whole model.
