blackfoot extreme + hv-maxx=?

hi i have a tamiya blackfoot extreme and i was wondering if the gearbox could handle the HV-maxx running 6-7 cells? the gearbox is the same as a tamiya twin detonator or the wild dagger just 2wd. thanks :D

Your suposed to run 12 cells on that motor so won't it be too slow?
