need help w/setting Mtroniks Genesis ESC

hi guys,
my nephew bought the Mtroniks Genesis Pro ESC from Starluckrc, and needs some help programming the unit.
he has it all hooked up, just need to set all the settings, and doesn't really understand how.

thought i would ask first, you guys are great!

he's using it on a 2wd buggy, Fiego 380c 9t, 6 cell IB-4200, 1.21+ volts.

apprciate what setting we should go with and how to go about it ?

connect the battery, turn on the radio, full throttle until the green light to stop flashing, full brake and soon full throttle, and hold that position until a beep.

.... settings

disconnect battery. wait 15 seconds. reconnect. calibrate your radio (if not already done). have fun.

i've got the same setup but 4wd: pro, 380c 9t, various numbers of cells.

my settings:

1 red
2 red (nimh cells)

3 red
4 red (0 timing for 2 pole motors)

5 green
6 green (on road)
or
5 red
6 green (off road)

7 red (forward only; brakes are much better)
