ok i got the .28 and the carb is on backwards for my savage i removed it and put it on the right way for my savage. But the next ? is there is a nob on the lsn and the throttle linkage goes on how do i move that up (verticle) right now its (Horizontal)

there should be a set screw on the oppostie side of the "knob"
