Does anybody have a "proven" fix for the slipping trans in a Terra Crusher?
I visited the Terra-Crusher site and followed the step-by-step procedure
for filing the clucth cam inside the trans and it made the slipping worse.
I have replaced the clutch shoes on the engine as well, once new the dealer
and I tore apart the trans and found nothing.
I am waiting for a reply from Tamiya of America tech asst. line so who knows
if they have a "proven" fix for it yet. I am the original owner, purchased it new right from the hobby shop when it first came out. Then I followed the
directions and "break-in" procedures.
Everything else works fine it just fails to move forward or has to be pushed
quite a bit before it begins to roll on it's own, then second gear will kick in.
Any suggestions would be appreciated !
Thankx DT in NC
