well, just some pictures to show my TA05 bl setup.....
it's an experimental car that figures out unexpected (positive :D :D ) results....
as a matter of fact, after installing a feigao 380C-8T I was tempted to use my mamba-25.... and here it is !!
I replace the cables and power connector and installed a little fan over the mosfets (directly connected to power battery...lipo 2S)
performance are great (like a very very good 11T brushed...) and I can run 10-12 minutes continously flawlessly.... even with mamba's timing on "High" (next step, I will place a little fan over the motor, especially with the summer season coming...)
very, very satisfied........extremely funny car, enjoy the photos !! :) :)

p.s. battery is a 2S lipo 3000 mah, nothing special, it's a "weak" 12C but incredibly, it's enough ;) ;)

looks pretty cool. Interesting to see the mamba hold up to that motor. I am also running a Ta-05, but I am using a Plettenberg shadow and a u-force 75.

Nice! I'm sure that fan helps the little mamba quite a bit! Have you measured any temperatures yet for the mamba, or at least felt it? :confused:

.... the fan is 5 volt rated and feeding by 7,4 volt lipo, it produces a huge amount of airflow... ;) ;) after each run the mamba still remain at room temperature ........ probably the high-intensity airflow (so close to mosfets) helps a lot in keeping the esc at high efficiency..... :) :) it's unbelievable to see the car running, you might imagine on the track, I can compete with novak 5800 cars ........ and GTB cars have to suffer in order to surpass me..... :p :p :p

now the TA05 seems like a nitro car..... :p :p
however the feigao 380c-8t performance is outstanding....... on the driven parts of the track even gtb/lrp equipped cars couldn't surpass a 1,310 grams only Ta05..... ;) ;) ;)
and after 3 continuos run of 10 minutes each, esc and motor were slightly warm... :D :D (pinion 31, spur 104, 64pitch)
