Gear Question

[Challenger]

1.) Say I am running a 16 tooth clutch bell with a 50 tooth spur gear.
If you increase the number of teeth or size of the spur gear will it cause the truck to go faster or slower?

2.) Say I am running a 50 tooth spur gear and a 16 tooth cluch bell. If I reduce the number of teeth of the clutch bell will it make the truck go faster or slower?

And, just keep in mind that a small change in the clutch bell (ex. 1 tooth) has a great effect than a small change in the spur (ex. 2 Teeth)
