You'll need to dissamble the engine to put them on the easy way. I have heard that you can tap them on with the still partially assembled, but I would just tear it apart.

Then front one, drive end, Just remove you collet and just slid over the shaft an just ease it in gently and make sure its all the way in, you can tell its all the way in because the lip on the low drag seal will be sitting hard agaisnt the rubber seal. The rear end, flywheel end, the pullstart, and the flywheel will have to be removed, held on by a big nut. To get the flywheel off you will need a flywheel puller, it is held on with a woodcruff key, so you will need the puller. With the flywheel off ease out the small woodcruff key, the best way i find to do this is use a small scredriver blade the same width as the key, and tap it out from the end of it lifting it out. Once out slid the low drag seal on the shaft and push into seal the same way as the front one. Once in replace the woodcruff key and refit the flywheel. Once the flywheel is located right give it a tap with a soft faced mallet, this will ensure it is seated right and i aid the fitting of the nut so it will not come loose, use a little threadlock on the nut, just the meduim stuff, then refit your pullstart, and your all done. Sounds like alot because ive tried to explain in as much detail as i can but you should be able to do it in about 20 min easy. Hope this helps. :)
Thanks for that,i thought that was the way to do it but i just wanted to make sure before i pulled it apart, and it did take about 20mins.Thanks Dave :)
