Yeah, "American work ethic" is pretty much a joke these days, from within and outside this country.

and just when you think good ol towerhobbies couldn't get any worst then its been. and gee outsourced people hired by american companies is quite sad and is i'm sure something we'll soon be seeing at alot more other places. already AOL is pretty much all indians who handles the calls depending on the time of day you call and also paypal is one too where i believe a few times i made calls to them it were indians who picked up or out sourced people.

had to call customer support on my cell phone last night, after being on hold off and on for 2 hours(!) to solve my problem, i could barely understand the guy on the other end...( he was from india i think, didnt understand much)
i think as a society, we have gotten very lazy....remotes to find our lost remotes, wireless keyboards so we ont have to leave our recliner, ect. Maybe Tower Hobbies needs sp,epme who can type better and has heard of "spell check"??( even tho i dont use it here, lol)...
i agree with ducati tho, i NEED that battery!!!!!!!! it must have a 2 week run time!!
p.s. Huuked on fonix wequed four mie!

its pretty sad that dell has also outsourced there customer service, sometimes you get the guys in the midwest but thats for only a period of time in the day, something like 10-2 and then you get the guys in india who has a name given to him by dell for cust. service when his real name is apu and he cant pronounce his customer service name.
btw those batteries must be those 42 thousand mAH ones this guy was talking about a while back on another thread :D
p.s. huked un foniks werked fur mie tu

If any one here owns a dell and had to use the customer service and suffered the Dell shuffle(That's where you are transfered from one person to another with no one able to fix your problem)Knows the hell it is! Dell computers are crap as it is but out sourcing you work force is bad business! I know just from the customer service I will never own a dell ever again! You get what you pay for!
