Nice Airplane. Hangar 9 makes some of the best ARF's around. We have several guys at our field with the new Hangar 9 Mustang trainer. When you're comfortable, take off the wing droops (which are used to keep the plane flying stable enough for a beginner) Let me know if you're open to other options other than a Hangar 9 Mustang.

Be cautious of an F4U Corsair or P-51 (excluding the Hangar 9 trainer)..These are tough birds to fly and you rerally have to know your stuff..

Have you already purchased a trainer type plane or did you already buy the Hangar 9 Mustang? I forgot.....are you new at this or just looking for a starter plane? Let me know...I have a few suggestions for 1st, 2nd, and third aircraft. I have been at this for over 30 years.......you can e-mail directly if you wish robert.wurth@century21.com
Looking forward to hearing from you...By the way...what part of the country are you located in?

I am just getting into this, I am thinking of the p51 or the alpha trainer. I am from northwest corner of British Columbia, Canada. Any input would be great. The one reason I looked at the P51 PTS is it is the style I would like to get into eventually. I was looking at as the radio is about $200, the flight sims are about $150 so $50 for the plane is not too bad. LOL
