Hi guys. I have an LRP Sphere Competition ESC, and need some help with setup. Here is my setup:
-ESC
-Reedy Star 1 brushless motor
-Futaba 3pm-fs radio
-Novak XXtra receiver
-Orion 4800mah li-po battery
Here is my problem:
The esc is plugged into channel 2 on the receiver, and my steering servo is plugged into channel one.
When I power on the system, the steering servo tries to center itself, but does not work...same with the esc. I try to go into setup with the lrp by holding down the setup button for 3 sec, but nothing happens. Any ideas? I checked my radio/receiver channel, and it's all good, even tried switching channels.
Basically, I want to try to enter setup with the esc, but if that wasn't setup right, why wouldn't my steering servo at least respond? Is it possible my new ESC is bad?
