can i just assume that everything not on the j concepts parts list can be found other places? like except for the outdrives can i just use my b4 diff hardware? it is very annoying that j concepts only lists jc excluxives on their parts list and then just leaves you in the dust!!

Download the BJ4 manual, it includes an exploded parts diagram that has part numbers for every part on the car. EDIT: They have the exploded parts diagram as a separate file too: Link (http://www.jconcepts.net/downloads/pdf/bj4/BJ4_ExplodedView.pdf).
The diff gear, diff plates, outdrives and thrust nut are different than the B4. The thrust spring, washers and nut may be different from the B4, I can't recall at the moment. The diff balls and thrust balls are the same.
