I am getting a repeated error with my Hyperion and Maxamps Lipo setup: "OUTPUT VOLTAGE TOO HIGH"

My setup: Hyperion EOS7i charger, 8000Mah 2S2P Maxamp Lipo, high voltage 2S cable, Hyperion LBA6 balancer, Radioshack 25A switching power supply.

Charge: LiPO 2C 8000MAH, 6A Charge

I've tried 2 different batteries, 2 different chargers, switching from a 15A to a 25A charger, and adding the high voltage cable. Short of the balancer, I'm at a loss to figure out why this error keeps recurring. Maxamps has never heard of this before.

Anyone ever get this error?

Using a voltmeter or the ICE's data view screen, what are you reading for a resting pack voltage?

After a full charge, which is usually at 2-3A and takes several hours, the resting pack voltage is about 8.35V.

Do you receive the high output voltage error every time you try to charge the pack or just sporadically?

Every time I bring the pack down to its minimum voltage and try to charge it at 6A, it happens. Not right away, but after about 20mins. Then I'll try at 5A, and another error after 20 mins. I have to keep dialing down the amps until a full charge is received. This is why I had thought it was the charger. It has something to do with charging in the 5A-6A range, but according to hyperion it should be capable of such a charge.
