Bullet Connectors on Motor Wires? Good Or BAD

I swap my brushless system between my pede and T4 a lot. I was wondering if installing a set of quality bullet connectors would hurt performance? Also Ive seen there are 3.5mm and 4mm? What is a good brand to get?

If you're talking about a motor to ESC connection, the schulze 3.5mm or 4mm plugs are probably a good bet (they have 5.5mm as well if you need some serious amp handling too). I personally use the astroflight 3-pin connector (on both my SS5800 system and HV maxx system) and I've had no problems and haven't noticed any performance losses at all. I think great planes sells some bullet connectors in varying sizes as well that you can get off of tower.

4mm as a minimum won't take away any performance from your systems. Schulze are really nice, and www.tanicpacks.com and maxxprod.com both have bullets.

good to know it wont take away any performance. I just added the 4mm ones to my 13.5, 7.5, and 8.5 just so it would be easier on race day. A few weeks ago I did stock and mod class with the same truck and it was kind of a pain having to resoider them every round.

So you say 4mm+ is the way to go huh? I measured the wires going to my motor (LRP uses 13 ga) and its 3.5mm including insulation. I found these on tower, you think they'll be good enough? 4mm just seems like too much. Plus they're very long compared to the 3.5mm.
