Taps & Balancers??????

I plan on ordering 6000 3s from Maxamps. Their site is confusing on what taps fit what balancer. It says all packs come with Hyperion Taps, if so then why do they offer the option to Upgrade to Hyperion LBA6 taps? Are they different?

All I want to do is plug the tap from the battery directly into the balancer w/o having to make some special harness. What do I need to do this?

.....don't worry, the pack comes standard with hyperion taps :) :) ; hence, you can use your lba6 balancer and attach directly the battery.....; probably the upgrade options is an old feature (maybe the website needs updates :rolleyes:??? ) suited when the packs had not hyperion taps as standard.....(they had jst connector instead... ;) )

It's confusing, yes. I know if ALL their packs come with Hyp taps, but the "car" size ones do. All the 3000/4000 cell based packs should include them.
