Blue Diamond Race Track

As many of you already know... Blue Diamond has an offroad dirt track which is alot of fun to race. The owner of the track is looking to put up an onroad indoor track that would be ready by this time next year. My question is this.. me and a friend of mine will run onroad.. but what kind of interest is out there in the Delaware region for this?
