what do i put in when it asks me for the text to be formatted when i try to add an image? (Its the screen prompt). Thanks!!

Well, the best way to add images is to upload to Photobucket or an equivalent, and then post an link to the pic's address. That generally doesn't lead to any errors unless the images are gargantuan, and then your only problem is people asking you to resize the pic :D.
