I doubt that you'll find cats of that size easily - some boating organizations prohibit boats that large. The following sites may be of help:

you must be working with quite a budget! building an FE boat that size would wipe out my racing/building budget for about 3 years!!!! anyway, a couple of BIG lehner motors, and BIG BK speed controllers might get you started. you're still looking at more cells than most of us use for a whole year of running!

I was thinking of 2 big Nemesis Motors in one hull and Chris @ FDM told me NO, he can make one motor do all I can handle!!! with all of the pieces I've scrolled over The cells it whats got me skurred........lol Now remember I'm not a racer so the big hulls don't have to break speed records, just make my kids go Crazy!!! He also said one Motor can hit the target speed easy( 40 to 45 MPH ) and live forever, they have that in writing so it has to atleast last my lifetime.. and untill my kids can efford to go faster on a $20 buck a week allowance I will remain THE KING OF SPEED in my home..LMAO!!

The current crop of BL motors includes a number that will push a large boat over 40 mph. Unless you are absolutely adamant about using two motors, I'd second Chris' recommendation. I've seem a cat nearly that large run in the low 60s with a single motor in race mode - 40 mph would be realtively easy.
But still not cheap. A single motor will be less expensive than two motors and two ESCs, but you will still want quality parts. That is where the "lifetime" comes in - cheap motors and ESCs may not last. As for cells, nickel cells are less expensive but may not live as long. If you can afford LiPo packs you will have longer cell life and much longer run time.
Can't wait to see the final result!
