Looking for 1/5 scale onroad racing - IL

Any 1/5 scale RC onroad racing in the Chicagoland area? What is the closest track that runs 1/5. I am willing to travel to race next season.

not sure how far you want to travel, but Tilton, IL is building a few tracks and I know at least one is for 1/5th scale. Large asphalt oval, at least 3 dirt tracks insde of it. Not sure of all the details for racing yet. Can find out and let you know if interested.

As Wbca71 or as I know him, Tony, said, Jtec Racing in Tilton Illinois had their grand opening May 5. Their website is jtecracing.com, and they have a forum you can join to contact them, or by phone, email. I plan on going there this week and give the place a once over, maybe even drive my truck on their dirt track and see how my old skills are doing.
