Go back to factory needle settings and tune from there. I know this sounds stupid, but have you checked your air filter? I see tons of guys bring their stuff in saying it won't start, I give it a once over and find the air filter either caked with dirt or saturated with fuel. If it can't breathe it will not run. Also check for a cracked fuel tank or lines.

it also might be too lean so it wont get the right amount of fuel

air filter is clean and fuel tank and lines have no cracks...what are the factory settings on a trx 3.3?

Per Traxxas: High-4 turns out. Low- flush with slide valve

I would try a new glow plug, set carb to factory and go from there. Also check the pipe to make sure no critters have made it home.
