How big a model were you interested in? One our club members passed away and was working on one. It is pretty complete, just needs to be put together. If you are interested, post and I can tell you more.

OK. thanks for the reply. This aircraft fits the bill. A G62 would be just about right. I have seen the partial plane, and the builder was a first class scratchbuilder. He even made the landing gear internally spring loaded, as well as scale hinges, etc. A real masterpiece. I will contact my source for this model tomorrow and let you know what can be worked out.

Gentlemen,

The Ikon kit line is still in production. The new owner is in Spokane, Washington. You can find the online catalog and info at:

http://www.ikonnwst.com/

I just spoke with the owner, Aaron, who is working on re-tooling the kit line and moving to laser cutting and revised instruction manuals. This is great news for builders who love the unique Ikon line of kits, but have not enjoyed the "challenging" building regime required of most Ikon kits.

I am just finishing up my Ikon N Wst Mr. Mulligan. It has Magnum 5 cyl. radial for power.
If there is interest, I would be glad to post pictures and building experiences - possibly first flights video.
