Alright, well i was planning on big blocking my revo, and i was just curious if i should watch out for anything, transmission, diffs, but i was planning on putting the axial .28 with the traxxas big block conversion kit.. just seeing if anyone has a big block revo.

Dont use the traxxas BB conversion Use qoncepts(www.qoncepts.com) and run a one peice 1/8th scale buggy pipe up the side.
I used to run a BB revo(SH.28,Vspec,VZR TurboII) but switched to truggy for the reliablity.
As for the diffs go with maximizer steel cups, RRP crown and pinnion,Fowrard only with a center diff.Run atleast an 18 tooth savage spur gear and you should be good to go.

well ive already have the foc. but would u think you would be blowing the ring/pinions without the steel cups?

No but the spider gears and the crosspins eventually wallow in the diffcup needing replacement.Going with the steel cups makes it so you dont have to open them up to check to see they arn't wallowed every gallon. The ring and pinnion can be a weak spot as I went through a few sets before setting the mesh as you would with a 1/8th buggy, but this is difficult with the revo and the RRP gears are the easiest solution.
