Kyosho Alpha Rally

My friend is intrested in the Kyosho Alpha Rally peuguet but I heard it only goes 14mph. What ways can my friend bring this up to 35mph to race my other friends Nitro RS4?? Please be realistic and detailed. Thanks!! :D

It's all in the gearing. Buy a modified motor, gear it higher, and you can reach 35. Just don't expect long run times!

Great! He only wants to spend 170 on a car and it comes with everything for 170 so I figure its perfect. Plus i can give him some coupons for towerhobbies to save more and with the money he saves he can buy some lower gears. BTW, whats the motor limit on that esc? I'm guessing 27 since it's that cheap of a car. But i got my tamiya up to 35mph with a stock mabuchi motor so i guess this will be the same. :D
