Here's the latest from Kyosho
Rising star Tyler Vik joins Team Kyosho driving the new Kyosho 777 WC 1:8 buggy and 777 ST-R Racing Truggy. Hailing from Livermore, CA, Vik has been racing for four years. In this relatively short time he has driven his way to numerous national-level A-final events, including the ROAR Truck Nationals, The Dirt Nitro Challenge, Best of the West Series, US Gas Champs, and the RC Pro Series finals in just the last year. Tyler is joined by his father Leo Vick as mechanic and coach. Kyosho America Marketing Director Steve Pond says "Tyler is a very good young driver with a significant track record and even greater future potential. More importantly, he and his father are very helpful, good-natured people that will represent Team Kyosho and RC racing very well" He adds, "We're very happy to have Tyler and Leo Vik as the newest members of the Kyosho Team."

Congratulations to Kyosho for signing a great racer and a great guy! My son and I met Tyler Vik at this years first Best of the West race at Sun Valley Raceway. Tyler and his father showed an uncommon (and unsolicited) interest in helping my son set up his Mugen buggy. With Tyler's setup tips, my son was able to TQ and win the Sportsman A-main.
