WOW thats really cool...
I like the look of the maroon stadium truck but I think the blue jeep looking one would probably have better set up for rock crawling IMO.
Is electric the best way to go when thinking about rock crawling just becasue of it's stability over nitro and it's ability to reverse rather easily? Is it even possible to go rock crawling with a nitro?
How do you make a rock crawling RC? Is there much modification involved or can one be created with after-market parts?
And My last question... Those cars seem to handle the water pretty well... What did you have to do to "Waterproof" these rock crawling masters?
Any help would be great... BTW Awsome vid man....

I also would like to know what you did to water proof those trucks so well. Great vid, now I think I may have to make myself a crawler.

Only waterproofing was the receiver in a balloon and a waterproof esc. Nothing else was done to any. My silver truck wasnt waterproofed yet that is why I wasnt going as deep as them :D
By the end of the year I should have 4 crawlers, LOL if I dont sell them first :)

My black one including everything(except radio/receiver and adding it with plastic rims is around $600
My silver truck w/ aluminum beadlocks but without radio/receiver is $650 or so.
You can build one for cheaper but sometimes its nice to have a really nice setup.
Im working on another two within the next month.

My Ram's chasiss is a custom scale chassis that somebody purchased and I traded for it. All the rigs are on tlt axles w/ lathe motors. The waterproofing was the receiver in a ballon and an associated waterproof esc.
Oh and Ron :teacher:
I am having a custom made jeep rubicon tuber made for me(from www.bluemonster-rc.com) and I should have it by March. His work is amazing and I cant wait to get started on it.
