Possible new 1/18th off road track in Colorado Springs

I have a couple of guys interested in building a 1/18th scale dirt off road track in a wharehouse centerally located in Colorado Springs...

We were thinking of also holding helicopter events in the wharehouse as well.

Would love to hear how many might be interested

Do you have room for a 1/10th scale track. Anything smaller than that and they start to look like little bugs jumping around. You can get away with running smaller scale on carpet, but 1/10th scale is where it's at in the dirt. Just one person's opinion.
