O. S. ENGINES IL-300 DIA-STAR 4-CYLINDER 4-STROKE INLINE ENGINE

A scale 4-stroke engine for scale planes!

The IL-300 Dia-Star engine replicates the look of a full-size Sirius engine from the 20’s and 30’s – right down to the exposed rocker arms. As impressive as it is distinctive, this new engine is capable of producing exceptional power for large-scale model aircraft. The inline design decreases the need for cutting the cowl to better preserve a plane’s scale lines. The IL-300 Dia-Star engine makes an impressive display engine for nostalgia buffs!

We get the Japanese RC Magazine RC techniques in the MAN office. I saw (but could not read,) an article showing a 1/4-scale WW1 Albatros biplane powered by this inline 4-cyclinder 4-stroke! Look pretty impressive even if the exhaust pipes are on the wrong side of the engine for scale!

$2,600, oh what a bargain you lucky fellows. Over here in the little old Land of UK it costs the equivalent of $4,000. We are the most taxed nation on earth.

Wow, at $2,600 it better do more than look like an "impressive display" engine!
