I'm going to use it only in stock race.
Is there anyone who drives it? How does it handle? Which optional to buy? What kind of setup should i use?
Thanks.
Mattia.

It's an entry level car, so you may not do well if you are running against some sport or higher level cars, but good luck!

I don't have problem with budget, i want only to keep maintence the lowest as possible, and fun as much higher as i can. I will run in both classes: all tamiya and in particular open stock class.

It should do OK in the Tamiya class but be a little out classed in the open against the high end cars. But you said you were mainly looking at fun so thats OK. If your looking for a Tamiya car thats a little more competative then maybe look at something in the TAO3 series. If your set on the TLO1 then the main two hopups you will need are #1-a bearing set, and #2- a set of oil shocks. The TAO1 comes with non-oil shocks that use a piece of rubber tubing on the shaft for dampening. Those are the main two items. Then work your way from there. Good Luck and have fun.

dock, I really don`t think tamiya is out classed by many othres, unless your going with a OVA, CE4 etc. But you do know that tamiya does have the 414 right? And after I say beating ova, sv-10 II, hpi pro2 , and ce4, etc with my 414. I say tamiya holds its own unless you really have a bad driver. Which in must case is the rest why any car does not win.
