I have been looking for a buggy for racing only I was wondering what you all thought was the best buggy I was at a rc race track today and the owner said that the 8ight was the best rtr that you can buy to race ready I was looking to buy a rtr and do hop-ups as money permits

the FT jammin kit, Losi Eight, Mugen kits and XRAY kits are the greatest in my opinion. notofast, where did you find your buggy? i couldnt find any of the off-brands to save my life. when i search for buggies and trucks i only get the big name brands. lol not a diss to you or anything but i dont get how on earth you find those. If it runs, run it hard!

if youve been racing before then i would get the Team Magic M1 buggy, people dont seem to take any notice of it but its amazing, as well as having fantastic performance its the easiest buggy to work on by far so maintanance is a blast...

But if its your first season then i would also choose the 8ight RTR, its got very good equipment to start off with and you wont have to replace it like most other RTRS.

I would also say the 8ight for a RTR. An Ofna Hyper 8 dressed in RTR is a nice setup also, minus the steering servo.
