pull start HELP

any one have a idea how the pull start go,s together.what happenend was the pull start snapped in the cover.spring uncoiled itselfcan get it back together bit when i pull the pull start it does not recoill help please

Pull start assemblies need to be wound up so that they will pull the cord back in. This is usually not that hard to do, but it is almost as good to just buy a new one. It can be difficult to reinstall the spring and cord correctly and they don't always work well after being repaired. Below is a good tutorial that will give you an idea of what to do.
