I am thinking of getting 1 of these 3:
1) BL associated rc18t
2) IRC Racing buggy or Trinity truggy (mini nitro)
3) Hpi Firestorm RTR
I'll pretty much be having fun and bashin' them around. This will be my second rc truck.

The rc18t seems like a good idea.

The rc18t is also the most expensive too.
How fast do you think a mamba brushless system would get it going?
Also, do regular 10th scale batteries fit inside?

1/10 scale batteries do not fit. The rc18t uses 2/3 a cells, as opposed to sub-c cells. The speed of the rc18t with a mamba depends on the kv rating of the motor and the batteries. What kv are you thinking, and what batts are you going to use?

I am thinking of 5400 to 8000kv.
something that will get it above 40mph, and I really want it, for some reason, to do wheelies.
Does Hobby People carry the right batteries?

they should. The guy at my hp said that he could hook me up with a 3s lipo (which would give you the performance you want), and I am guessing they are in stock. If I were you, I would go with the 5400. It is more efficient, and will give you the performance you want.
