Here's a House Of Kolor Jada COE, #7 in a 10 car set.

Body is stripped and filed and sanded clean.
Window openings and wheelwells are filed smooth and sanded out.
On these Jada products the cleaning up process of a raw casting is minimal at most.
Front fenders and rear bed are drilled for Rhinestone Head and Taillights.

First comes Adhesion Promoter and then Shimrin White with
a SnowWhite Pearl color coat.
Rear fenders and Cab sides are taped off and the exposed areas and front fender assembly are shot Orion Silver.
Then the Orion Silver is covered with Kandy Oriental Blue with a dash of Turquoise Pearl powder.

Decals, Chrome tape trim, and Front and rear windshield trim is applied and Rhinestones are set.

Chrome Bare Metal foil is applied to sliding bed.

Then everything gets a nice coat of Clear.
All HOK products, Of Course!!!!!!!

The extra reversible bed covers were made out of styrene plastic, painted SnowWhite Pearl, Decalled and then Clearcoated.
The multicolored flames are created in PhotoShop.
