Steel turnbuckles, MIP CVD's, and a body (not ROAR-legal, however, though probably no tracks will get their panties in a bunch over this). And the main reason it's more expensive is because it is new. Wait a few months and the price should come down a little.

my LHS sells them for 199.99, 189.99 on sale sometimes... just out of stock right now. Low price compared to X-Ray(no hudy setup) or the Kyosho KX-One,
