Window tint and chrome paint?

Has anyone tried spraying window tint and backing it with chrome? I would like to get a really dark black onix chrome look for my next body... kinda like that hemotite jewelry that you get at the rip you off stands at the mall....

Hmm. A hematite look might be cool. Honestly I would probably give what you mentioned a shot. I would thin down the black a bunch and give it a few coats so it's even (not speckley at all) and back it with chrome. That shoudl work pretty well although I haven't actually tried it. I have heard quite a bit that the best chrome available would be the SpazStix mirror chrome. You could maybe even look on line or call up spazstix and see if you could even mix black with chrome.

Yeah the spazStix stuff is great.. I didn't think of mixing it... hmmmm. There are clear paints out there in different colors, I wonder if there is a clear black? It would most likely work better than window tint, as it is quite lumpy as you mentioned, thinning it out would work best. Thanks for the tip!
