Most of the screws come packed together in this box. The box comes with dividers and a chart to keep them organized. Nice!

The bearings come with these plastic rings on them. I’m not exactly sure why they have them yet. I’ll have to get back to you on that.

The diff housings are made up of two side plates with a center section. The diff can be tuned by changing the silicon fluid or you can adjust the tension on the two small plastic blocks inside the diff. They press against one of the output shafts and setscrews on the outside of the housing apply the pressure. You can see the plastic pieces under the gear in the back.

The front and rear dif housings are split down the middle and complete sealed from the elements. It doesn’t use the chassis to create the seal.

I’m still building and will have more photos for you soon. Sorry for the blurry photos. The camera and I are not working well together. It’s time to fire it.

I'm working on the car as much as I can. I have a deadline this week so I'm working on it a little here and there. I should have some photos for you soon. Sorry but deadlines come first.

Uh, the last project that didn't get finished was the 4 hour build by Peter V. Kevin finished the Highlift, didn't he?

I did finish the High Lift and it came out great I might add. I have three articles due this week and trying to finish them today. I'm working on the M1 more tomorrow. I'm also waiting on a few parts. Don't worry, I'm all over this buggy and I can't wait to get it done.

Here’s some of the assembled front end.

Here’s the front end on the chassis. As you can see the chassis has been milled to reduce weight. That’s a common thing for most of the metal parts on this buggy.

Check out the molded plastic braces on the chassis and rear assembly. They’re lightweight and strong. The wing mount uses a single pillar to hold up the wing.

Those lower arms look very strong. Does the kit feel heavy so far?
I LOVE the screw box!!

The brakes are controlled by two bell cranks connected by a fixed length linkage. The pads are kept away from the brake disc by small springs.

Body clips hold the radio tray and fuel tank in place. They’re easy to remove for maintenance and clean up.

I tested the buggy at RC Excitement in Fitchburg Ma. How did it go? You’ll have to check out the review to find out.

Aww, no shots of individual components? There is supposedly a ton of tech riding in even the most basic elements. The shocks, the diffs, the gearcases, the wing, suspension arms, hingepins, none of it was captured? Also, the plastic shock shields were not installed?

Good looking buggy nonetheless. Looks like it was given a workout. :)

that is a ridiculously unique design that looks like it very racer-friendly. I look forward to buying that issue of RC Car Action! Its about time that a company branched away from the typical design specs of common buggies.

Good job Trinity/Team Magic :D
