hey guys ,y reverse is going out will it it hurt my tranny if i kepp running it i mean it runs good i jusy have to push it sum times to get it going and another thing it shifts fron 1st to 2nd late how do i fix that

You should take out the reverse, if some of the reverse gears strip teeth or break they could get jammed in the other gears casuing them to break aswell.

I think we have the same trany? (I have 2.5R t-maxx) If so look on top of your trany there will be a black rubber plug with a sticker next to it open the plug, inside you will see a plastic gear cover with an opening you have to hold your clutch gear and slowly roll the rc forward untill you see a alan head screw. Use small alan wrench and barely turn it. 1/8 turn at a time and run it. Keep adjusting until you like the shift point. To shift sooner is counter clockwise on mine. Hope I helped.
