I bought an Emaxx from Tower about a month ago ..... I had problems with it glitching and sent the ESC off to tower for repairs ...... Well after 5 days and 45 bucks they sent my ESC back to me good as new ...... I think thats just about stellar ........ I get the esc back an installed and LOWE AND BEHOLD NICE WEATHER ......... :D I go out and put a bunch of packs through the Maxx to get it all broken out of the cold winter funk .... After 7 runs or so I notice now I only have a front wheel drive maxx :eek: ..... I take it back inside and check it out and find out I have twisted both rear drive shafts .. Well one was twisted but the other had broken clean off .... I asked a few question in the Emaxx forum and the fellas bascially told me i must have been doing some heavy beating on some high traction .... I go to my LHS and they actually had the part i needed .... (very odd because they seldom carry anything unless you order it ) ...... I come home and put it on and figure I will totally tone down my driving on the pavement :teacher: .... 2 packs later BIGGITY BAM !!!!!!!!! I am in the same boat ...... Well, the good part is I bought both packs they had there ...... The bad part is i had to reinstall them all over again ..... After i install them I get the notion( from a few guys on the forum and in my own head :D ) to maybe take the slipper down a notch or 2 .... SO i do that and then i called Traxxas ..... I explain every problem I have had with my Maxx since buying it and this really nice fella on the line told me that its very odd that my Maxx would perform like that ...... Well, 5 days later i go out and check my mail and Traxxas sent me 2 bags of brand new drivelines for my Maxx free of charge ....... CUDOS TO TRAXXAS ..... Things like this will make me a proud owner of Traxxas products for another 17yrs ......

Sorry to praddle on I just felt I needed to tell you all about the excellent support i got from them :D

dude i totally get you. i have gotten freebees and their support has been nothing short of fenomenal.

As long as this system is not abused, they will continue to be the best CS there is in RC.

hell, even if its your (my) mistake they have picked up the tab. i ordered all the stuff neccessary to convert my extra revo tranny to a 3.3 tmaxx tranny, but i ordered the wrong gear case, called them up basically just to see what they would say, if i could send it back for the right one and they instead sent me the correct one free, told me to keep the extra revo case for a rainy day. that and a couple other times they have been really helpful.
