castle link question

I hope this is the right place for this question:

Is the Castle link deal only for the brushless controlers? or can I change SOME of the parameters on one of thier brushed controllers. All I want to do is chave the voltage cut off with little hassle.

I thought that it was only for their brushless controllers, but you can check their website for details.
