Stampede gets some attention!

Well, I finally finished adding some struff to my Stampede that I've wanted for a long time, I got the first of the parts for my B-day and just received the second half a few days ago.

The new parts I received are:
17 turn Orion Formula SV2 Pro BB
Parma F-350 body
Traxxas XL-5 white springs
Proline Masher 2000's
RPM Revolver wheels
RPM gear cover
RPM For bumper
RPM bearing carriers and bearings
Rear Traxxas Big Bore shocks

The new motor is so much faster than the Speed Gems 19 turn I had in it before and with the new tires, it hooks up instantly and lifts the front end up, no more spinning the wheels like it did with Swamp Dawgs, just pure traction, the top speed now is just over 30mph! I highly recommend this motor to anyone! I love the Revolvers too, they go great with the body and their so shiny :cool: . The white springs help out too since their stiffer, their is less body roll in the corners and it handles much better.

nice! Are you using the same gearing with the m2k's and 17t as you had with the speed gems and swamp dawgs? If so, keep an eye on the temps of the motor ;)

If so, keep an eye on the temps of the motor ;)I bought the motor before the M2K's, so it was geared 15/87 with the 17 turn and the Swamp Dawgs, it's the same with the M2K's exept I've got a 14 tooth pinion coming. When I was running the Speed Gems, I had it geared 17/87. So far the motor has stayed pretty cool.
