Super Tiger 60--HELP

I have a new Super Tiger 60 and I'll be darned if I can tune it. I just don't know what to do next, outside of a fancy paper weight.
Anybody got some insight for me.

I have a ST G90 and was having trouble getting it tuned, but I followed this and have had good results.
