LRP 3.5 Brushless With Sphere Comp

Will the Sphere competition be able to run/handle the new 3.5 turn LRP motor?

Im running it now with the 4.5 turn and the temps dont go over 55 degrees celcius....

If you're running a 4.5 turn motor and it's only getting to 55 degrees celcius (131 degrees fahrenheit), then it should hold up just fine. I think that ESC is rated down to 3.5 turns anyway.:)

Nah. LRP are a bit tricky. They say its good for ABOVE 3.5 turns. So 4.5 or more. But it seems to handle the 4.5 OK.
What does anyone else think?

Those crazy Germans. I still stand by my opinion; since the ESC is running at around 130 degrees fahrenheit, it should handle the 3.5 (as long as the sintered rotor is in there).
