I recently mounted LST shocks on my Savage. At first, the truck was sitting too high so I added 2" of fuel tubing on the shafts and that made the arms level. I am using 40wt oil. Now, the truck is very bumpy. I am not sure what its called, maybe shock rebound? The back seems to bounce more than the front over smalls jumps. It will bounce maybe 3 or 4 times. Any idea why this is happening? Any help?

Maybe try a thinner weight oil or a softer spring?
Does it ever bottom out with the setup you have now?

Didnt get the springs yet. Havent had time to get to my LHS, prolly go tomorrow though. So you think white springs and a lighter oil will be better? What weight oil should I drop down to, I have 40wt in now.

Put softer springs on it so the ride height will go down without the limiters inside, and get rid of the internal limiters. ANY time you run the shocks at full extension (whether they have limiters or if they're just jacked up all the way), you're going to have all kinds of handling issues.

I didnt have a chance to get to my LHS this weekend for the white springs. So you're saying white springs and no limiters will make my arms even?

No. I'm saying you should try to find springs that will make your arms even without limiters. Not sure which ones it'll be, but it'll be on the softer end of things that's for sure. :)
