Problem with revo

i am having problem with revo trans. the shoe in the primary clutch assembly keeps getting broke off or smashed so bad that it will not shift in to second gear. i change the assembly every week and it still wont finish the day off racing before it goes bad. i run a big block and robinson gears in trans because i ripped out the stock pins out of the gear. is there a up grade to fix problem.

you have steel gears and there being screwed up???

Have you tried replacing the bearings? Worn bearings will cause gears to strip and other problems in the drive train.
