Don't know that one

Racers dont' use the dual rudder systems. Extra rudder = extra drag.
Fine for play boating and even then you really don't need that. Single rudder will turn fine in either direction even if its mounted on the right side of the boat for racing.

Several ways. One way: Glue angle on the sides of the box that extend past the sides and drill through those. Do a search on here & see what you come up with.
4-what is the BEST radio box?
The BEST radio box is the one you build yourself. Its a technique thats hard to learn to get one totally waterproof. Can't say as I've seen many RTR radio boxes. Enforcer makes a few that are close but might not fit your hull. Radio boxes to me are the most challenging part of a build. I hate the rubber boots, sealing, mounting servo's etc.

Aeromarine also makes some nice radio boxes is a variety of sizes for most boats.
As far as mounting them, I've tried several different ways. One was with Bondo at the corners but I sprayed the bottom of the box with WD-40 first so that it wouldn't stick then with rubber bands over the top. My latest is held in with carbon fiber rod at the front and back from a trashed backyard flyer but square wood can do the same purpose with cup hooks used to hold it down with again, rubber bands.
