Whats going on!!!?

What is going on here? We have 2006 threads stickied, the entry form is a big red X, there is no address or time listed.. NOTHING. Literally all I know is "California Speedway, July 28, be there". I'm not racing, just watching, so I feel bad for the people who actually have to follow the rules (where are they?).

I want to go but have no idea when it starts and there is so much misinformation in this forum that I don't know whats what. Can someone PLEASE tell me the address and time? Are we allowed to park next to the track? Is there a specific gate number or place within the raceway grounds where we all meet?

If at the very least, please unsticky all those 2006 threads as they are extremely confusing and annoying.
