While Klaus Ronge and I were hanging out at the recent 2007 Warbirds over Delaware ginat scale meet, we ran into Greg Hahn from Hobbico. He was showing off the new First, out of the box production model of the new ARF bomber! And on top of that, he was kind enough to let me fly the new twin engine bomber!

In a word! Smooth! This twin warbird was powered by two O.S. .70 4-strokes and had plenty of power. It is nice and stable and tracks really smoothly around the field. With flaps deployed and the gear down, it is very undemanding to land! I am very impressed.

Watch out for an Exclusive Model Airplane News review on this exciting new and very scale ARF warbird.

many scale features are included in the kit. The wings plug in and the model is covered with MonoKote naturally!

Even machine guns and dummy radial engines are included to make this ARF truely a beautiful "Scale" model of a classic WW2 bomber.

With gear down and flaps extended, the model is very predictable and smooth to fly and land

full size B-25 has 3 blade props and the electric powered prototype had 3 blade. Greg's production model with the O.S. 70 4-stroke engines used 2-blade APC props.

I will use 3-blade props on the test model we are building with electric motors.

Looks really good. How about a "ready to cover" version? There are so many different schemes out there!

Hi Tailskid, sorry to say I gave the B-25 up as it came in while I was going on vacation! So Klaus Ronge and hs son Mark will be putting this great medium bomber together. I do have the new PNP Hangar 9 Piper J-3 Cub however. this new 1/4-scale classic is powered by a Zenoah G-20 gas engine.

sorry, did not see the reply. Actually, I am very happy with the Cub. The B-25 is close by so I do get to see it now and then and fawn over if! Hopefully Klaus will let me fly it before the winter sets in!
