custom DIY anodizing?

Does any body know how to strip anodizing off of parts and then re-anodize them in a different color? I would like to strip the blue off of my aluminum/titanium bulks and turnbuckles and then anodize them bright orange. it would look very trick. thanks for the help.

EZ-Off oven cleaner takes off anodizing.
