i just ordered the TT01R and i need a esc that can handle the gt motor i want a ood one that can handle future upgrade motors but i am also low on budget please reccomend a good but not so pricey one.

and basically i need a whole rc setup, besides the car...:) all radiogear setup, including batteries and charger , please and thank you

The best thing to do is check out Tower or Hobbypeople or another online retailer and look at what they got. Then you can roll down to your LHS and pick them up, or place an order with your LHS. My LHS usually gets pretty close to the online prices.

This comes from years on being in the hobby which deciding on purchasing something cheap or go for the higher end items. Best thing to do is compare the products made by the different manufacturers, the models they offer what might be better between them and also what will your future needs be like. Compare the cost from your LHS along with those online, there are some smaller online sites that offer the same item cheaper than the big online sites. There are sites that deal with offroad, touring car and oval racing that sell items likes battery packs, tires, motors etc much cheaper than the big online sites like Tower, Stormer etc.
