well I need to upgrade the radio system on the revo, but need some options. I don't have a ton of funds to play with here and am willing to go with something used if it is in good shape. looking right around the $100 mark for a tx/rx setup that is digital.

I know the answer:D The Futaba 3PM is the perfect radio for a budget like that. A few months back I needed a radio and I had a $100 budget and I decided to go with the Futaba 3PM. Its a great radio with lots of features, and you can get one with reciever on ebay for like $70, and there is almost always a reciever for it (r133f or r153f) up for bid on ebay, the recievers go for like $25-$30. Hope this helps:D

it is something that is defiantly on my watch list right now, think it would be an act of god to find something that is synthesized within this price range? I know one thing I hate about the tq stuff is the constant changing of crystals. also how is JR stuff on surface? I know a lot of people don't like them in air.
