I just got my Mamba Max 7700 and it can;t get it going. I don't want to wait until monday... its killing me. If someone can help me I'll send some money via PayPal. It's not doing as the book says it should. I turn it on, it beeps, I go to throttle and it goes green, then beeps... then yellow when I'm in reverse then it does not stop with the yellow light. I've read the mamba site and tried about everything. I have a XXXT with a xr2i controller. Help a brother out.. It's killing me. Roger 207-415-8033
Have you tried reversing the throttle on your transmitter? After that try the programming sequence again. BTW, how much are you going to pay me if that helps. :)

Make sure to set your end points to 100% on each end. Brake and throttle. And like Muck said, check the reversing.
I'm betting your brake ATV/EPA or the ATL is too low. Make sure they're 100%.
That'll be 10 dollars. LOL

I here you... I was desperate, pissed, and did not want to wait until Castle opened on Monday. I finally got it. 7700 max.... jeeeeeeeessssssuuuuuusssss.. First time I hit the throttle with the tires off the ground a tire came right off the rim!!!! With my old slipper settings (15t brushed) it would instantly roast the slipper. Can't wait to get out of work to play with some settings and tone this thing down some.

Just make sure you check the lug nuts. I have lost a few hex adaptors and lugs because the Mamba spins off wheels, not just the tire.

I finally got to really try it tonight... JUST PLAIN CRAZY!! I don't think I stopped smiling!!! Looks like I'll need a few more bodies.. I used to run a new trinity 15T speedgems motor on an old 4200IB.. with the same battery it flipped over pretty much on demand. Its about 5 times as fast. I have 2 new 7 cells on the way... I can't wait. I had to gear down quite a bit from where I was I'm at a 17/86 but am going to go more. I absolutely wasted an older set of pin tires on pavement. I have no "cogging" and it works awesome. My poor xxxt is going to take it hard!! If it was not dark i'd still be running. What an awesome system, well worth the money. I'm going to buy a Mamba for my mini t now...
